La fotografía y yo

Resumir mi visión de la fotografía en pocas palabras me es complejo, pero aquí vamos… desde mi juventud me atrajo la fotografía, muchas veces me siento más cómodo detrás de una cámara, nunca me he considerado un fotógrafo, pero tengo una cámara y para mí es una herramienta que me fuerza a tomar conciencia del momento, a fijarme en los detalles, a reflexionar sobre lo que está ahí y sobre lo que imagino a partir de aquello.

A veces mis cercanos me critican por no vivir el momento por estar tras la cámara, para mi es al contrario, ese objeto me permite escribir en mi memoria, pensar más, observar mejor y desarrollar una afición.

En esta sección no pretendo revisar mis fotos pasadas, en parte por vergüenza y en otra porque los detalles se perdieron con el tiempo; para eso utilizaré esta sección, para guardar algunas fotos, registrar mis impresiones y posteriormente poder revisar si he avanzado o no, ojalá pueda seguir avergonzándome de lo que he hecho en este camino que va desde el tomar fotos al hacer fotos.

Photography and I

Summarize my vision of photography in a few words is quite complex, but here we go … since my youth I was attracted to photography, quite often I feel more comfortable behind a camera, I have never considered myself a photographer, but I have a camera and for me it is a tool that forces me to become aware of the moment, to focus on the details, to reflect what is there and on what I imagine from that.

Sometimes people criticize me for not living the moment to be behind the camera, but for me it is the opposite, that object allows me to write in my memory, think more, observe better and develop a hobby.

In this section I do not intend to review my past photos, partly because i would feel shy of the quality of my photos, and in another, because the details were lost over time; for that I will use this section, to save some photos, register my impressions and later to be able to check if I have advanced or not, I wish I can continue to be ashamed of what I have done in this path from the taking photos to make photos.
